Our 2018 Be Human Cabernet Sauvignon is an earthy, structured wine. It’s rich and smooth with deep cherry, mocha, and currant aromas that are as delicious with braised short ribs as they are with vegetable cassoulet. That’s the beauty of being human, one size need not fit all.

Our 2018 Be Human Merlot will greet you with blackberry and plum. Once you’ve savored the luscious fruity core and lingering blackberry finish, you’ll have trouble letting it go. Delicious with food, this round Merlot is so full it’s tempting to sip it with food or without.

Crisp and lively, our 2020 Be Human Rosé has a little something for everybody. Its bright fruit hints of pomegranate, citrus and cranberry. But its minerality yields a clean finish. This versatile wine is ideal whether you’re serving watermelon & feta for starters, grilling a plank of salmon, or cooling down on a hot summer night.

The floral notes and touch of minerality of Be Human’s 2020 Riesling reflect the drier wines from the Colombia Valley, and pair beautifully with a saucy shrimp jambalaya or even spicier dishes from Asia and India. On the lighter side, hints of peach and green apple will compliment a soft cow’s milk cheese board with dried fruit or a plate of fresh roasted veggies.

Our 2019 Be Human Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic structure of a European red wine. It’s earthy notes stem from the award-winning Columbia Valley AVA. This abundant wine has hints of red and black berries with a long lingering finish and can be enjoyed with braised short ribs or a charcuterie board.
