DESCRIPTION
The winemaking method for our Columbia Valley Be Human Cab began with the grapes delicately hand picked, destemmed and fermented on the skins for ten days before being aged for 19 months in New American Oak. This personalized process by our winemaker Joshua Maloney adds to the brightness and fruit on the palate, in addition to it being a very drinkable wine now. Pairs well with cured hams like serrano, prosciutto or sliced country ham.
TASTING NOTES
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Horse Heaven Hills. Tank fermented and aged for 4 months.
Red cherry and fresh herb on the nose with hints of crushed stone and mocha. Bright and pleasing on the palate, with a generous fruit driven midpalate and a long, clean finish.
